Our local deliveries are free. No surprises once you’ve fallen in love with a piece of furniture, that’s the price in your house.

All of our local deliveries are by appointment and white glove, and our delivery team upholds and maintains our dedication to your satisfaction.

We deliver up and down the east coast and ship across the country. We have satisfied customers from Boston to Miami to San Francisco and everywhere in between.

We carry an unbelievable selection of selection of furniture in our Baltimore warehouse; we always have sofas, dining and bedroom sets in stock and ready to go.

If we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for in stock, remember that we special order more products than we could possibly show online or in our stores.

Because we believe that customer satisfaction is the keystone to our success, we have an extremely liberal return/refund policy. If we deliver a piece of furniture, including special orders and upholstery, and it doesn’t work for you for whatever reason(color, size, scale, etc.) our delivery team will put it back on the truck and we’ll refund the price of the furniture with no restocking fees. If you bought a lamp or mirror and didn’t like it when you set it up, bring it back, you’ll get your money back. If you got a gift and didn’t need it, bring it back, with the receipt you’ll get money back, without the receipt, you’ll get store credit.

Ultimately our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be so happy and so satisfied with your purchase that we’ll see you again soon, or better yet, we’ll see you and all of your friends and neighbors.
